Refund and Cancelation Policy
- At EddyTools Tech Solutions, we are committed to providing exceptional workshops and training courses, as well as online services, to our valued customers. In light of this commitment, we have established the following Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- In general, refunds are not granted for our workshops and training courses once enrollment has taken place. This policy has been implemented due to the significant effort and operational costs incurred in planning and preparing these sessions. Our goal is to provide the highest quality experience for all of our customers, and we believe that this policy supports that objective.
- In rare and exceptional circumstances, EddyTools Tech Solutions may consider initiating a refund if the customer has not been able to use the service in any form. Such requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and will be subject to review by our management team.
- Please be advised that missing a workshop or training session does not qualify as a valid reason for a refund. Similarly, for our online services, which are sold as digital products, refunds are not possible once the sale has been completed.
