Offshore Model Package

Under this model, We will  execute entire project from our offshore facility. The offshore project manager interacts with the client and works with the development team to ensure the timely deliveries of all work products during the lifecycle of the project.  This model provides the best-cost advantage and is quicker to start with.


Our Basic Package starts at as low as USD $8 per hour*
which consist of

• 1 Project manager  (available full time for project communication)
• Developer Team
• Other indirect resource will be manage by us internally.

Technical support: Free technical support for 2x(Development time) or 1 month which ever is greater.

Communication:

• Mail (12 hr reply time)
• IM (online at working hours*)
• Phone (for emerges can call any time i.e. site down due to code etc. )

Project Management Methodology: We prefer agile based FDD project management methodology with preferred weekly review cycle.

*For big project and task we are open for fixed cost after freezing the scope of project.
